About Gaucho Express

Gaucho Express was born from the vision of Chef Manuel Carreón, one of the pioneers who helped bring authentic Brazilian steakhouse culture to the Dallas–Fort Worth area. For years, Chef Carreón crafted and perfected recipes that became the signature flavors of some of the region’s most recognized churrascarias. Many of the dishes guests enjoy across DFW carry his creative touch.

Now, he has chosen to create his own path – a place where his passion for Brazilian cuisine and his love for innovation come together. Gaucho Express is more than a restaurant; it’s a celebration of tradition and modern flavor. Whether through the rodízio experience in our dining room, the speed and convenience of our drive-thru plates, or the fire-baked Neapolitan pizzas from our trailer, every dish is crafted to share the warmth and authenticity of Gaucho culture.
